I change my vote on Motion P1788/M0036.03 to YES...

	Folks,

	By my count we are one vote away from passing this motion
	& down to hours to do it.  Therefore, I will change my vote
	to YES to pass it.  My no vote was ill-considered anyway &
	I would not have it fail by my one vote.  I believe we need
	something like John's organization if we are to finish in a
	decently short period of time.
