The voting period for this motion is restarted. Those of you
who voted before voting was suspended, please examine the revised
text on the web site and vote again. Those of you who haven't yet voted,
please vote.
Also, please vote on Motion 40 if you have not already done so.
Finally, as indicated at

discussion on Motion 42 will end on January 18, after which voting
on this substantial motion will begin.

both parts of motion 42 have been updated. If I have understood Baker correctly there is a last minute deadline for changes before voting starts on friday
