I take note of Vincent's reasons for voting NO. I think I agree with them all (but don't want to make long explanations about, e.g., the 17 byte problem), and if they had been pointed out before the vote started I would happily have accepted them as friendly amendments. Chair, and George Corliss, what are the rules about making these changes now?
