I am not sure if http://ftp.math.utah.edu/pub/mathcw/ rounds correctly or not on all the functions. It does an excellent job on the arithmetic (+, -, *, /, sqrt, and FMA) operations for both binary and decimal formats of different precisions as specified by 754-2008.
