Left to right script [1,2] lower is 1 and upper is 2.

Three questions:

Are numbers written right to left?  For example, is pi written 95141.3 ?
In a picture of a segment of the real line, is minus infinity typically to the left? 

Are computer programs written RTL or LTR or bidirectionally
