I vote No.
There probably are advantages to adding CA but by requiring it we decrease the chances that our standard will be implemented.

The agreed-upon shortened discussion period for Motion 45 is herewith ended, and the voting period begins. Voting shall continue until after Tuesday, September 3. The voting rules will be those for standard text motions, except that, since this is already an amendment to a standard text motion, "No" votes will not automatically trigger a motion to amend.
Comments may accompany votes, but the motion may not be changed during voting. I append the motion.
