Motion M0050.01 EDP without CA

I vote NO on EDP without CA.

I would vote YES if it returned the tightest enclosing interval instead of a floating point result.  Returning a floating point result requires one of
 - returning a CA or equivalent result (which this motion does not do), then converting that to floating point twice, rounded down and rounded up, to get the values to use to construct an interval.
 - running it twice, rounded down and rounded up, to get the values to use to construct an interval.
 - just running it once, then using the previous and next floating point values ti construct a 2 ulp wide interval which would be wider than desired for an exact result.
