Although I have already officially started voting, no-one has
voted yet.  I therefore submit this small modification of the
text, to be used as the official text upon which we are voting.

P-1788:

The voting period for Motion 51 herewith begins, and will continue
until after the end of Thursday, November 7.

Voting will proceed according the rules for standard text motions.
That is, voting is  on the actual wording, and a 2/3 majority is
required for passage.  The motion will not be changed during this
voting period.  The actual wording is attached (as submitted October 22
by Dmitry Nadezhin).

Juergen: Please record the status of this motion on the
           web page containing your list of motions and links
           to the actual motions, and upload the current version
           of the text, if you have not already done so.
