Motion P1788/M0053:CommonOperationsText: YES

I vote YES on Clause 9 (and on the meaning of flavors as introduced
in Clause 7) -- based on P1788/D8.1 of Oct 20.

I do however strongly recommend an editorial fix, at the very beginning
of Clause 9:   this data defines -> this information defines
