The voting period for Motion 51 herewith begins, and will continue
until after the end of Thursday, November 7.

Voting will proceed according the rules for standard text motions.
That is, voting is  on the actual wording, and a 2/3 majority is
required for passage.  The motion will not be changed during this
voting period.  The actual wording is attached (as submitted October 22
by Dmitry Nadezhin).

I have attached the current version of Motion 52.

HOWEVER:  There appears to have been no discussion on Motion 53.
       I am willing to stop voting on this motion and continue
       discussion, if needed.  Please refer to Clause 7
       and Clause 9 of the P1788 document as stated in
       the motion:
