RE: Motion 54: Introductory staff - signed zeros in inf-sup
We often use the word bounds, but strictly speaking, endpoints are better, since strictly speaking, for an interval [0,1], not only 0 but also any negative number, e.g., -2 is a lower bound. I encounter this confusion sometimes when I explain the basics of interval computations to mathematicians who have a very precise definition of a bound, so I am trying to use endpoints when talking to them.

What bothered me however was the word "endpoints" -- I think we should use "bounds" instead. But I'd have to scan the entire draft to verify whether "endpoint" is used consistently.
