I feel sorry for George, having to sort out inconsistencies between
the subject line and the body of votes, especially when multiple
motions are involved.  I know it's easy to just hit "Forward" on
somebody else's vote -- but let's be a bit more considerate.

(For our non-US colleagues, the subject line here refers to the US
presidential election troubles of 2000.)
