Re: annexes
Dima, P-1788,
Since this is not a major change of direction, let us
resolve this by consensus.
Unless there are objections, let's implement these
changes.
In any case, the entire document will be put up
for a ratification vote in a few days. We are
awaiting a version from the editors with these
final adjustments.
Best regards,
Baker

Jürgen,
I like your suggestion.
Does it need special voting ?
Can it be resolved by consensus ?

Subject: annexes
In the current annexes you can find details on implementation, the well
known tables and pseudocode.
To stifle the discussion whether these are helpful or not, I suggest to put
1. the first page of B2
from: "For intervals... until the last formula (34) if the
last 2 were numbered
as a note near 12.10
2. table B.5.1 near 12.5
3. B3 near 12.1212
and then forgo the annexes.
Rationale
========
- the definition of functions as powerset operations with outward
rounding is enough information.
- more information like the reference libraries may be written after the
ballot
-copyright issues may come up
