Changes in the standard document

Dear P1788 members,

we technical editors searched a bit to help you see how the document has
changed between distributed versions and stumbled upon the latexdiff
tool.

Please find attached a version marked with numbered changes between the
last circulated version

 "Current full text, draft 8.4" ... 4 February 2014

and the latest revision 353. Added text is in blue and underlined,
removed text is in red and in a strike through style. To find pages with
changes there is an index after the title page.

Since the diff is generated automatically and we have some complex LaTeX
code in there, the layout is not perfect, but should show you what
changed. For difficult cases I also attach the two compared versions for
reference.
