I vote YES on Motion 62 (based on the 20140621 version).

A minor amendment:

Page 27, §10.2, 1st paragraph: "It conmprises those subsets..."

I suppose that it should be "comprises".

Page 30, Note: "parametrized" -> "parameterized" (for consistency).
