The lead editor (John Pryce) has stated the minor edits
effected during the vote on the document have been submitted.
The resulting document is attached.  These edits are being
treated as friendly amendments.

Since these edits do change the wording a bit, I will not
yet close voting on the document.  You are welcome to
change your vote, or to object to particular amendments,
until Monday, July 7, 2014.  Please give this your attention,
as appropriate.  Please refer to the "diff" files and
and correspondence the editors have posted.  Ask me or
one of the editors if there are questions about this.

The Microprocessor Standardization committee quarterly teleconference
will take place on Tuesday, July 8.  I will announce the
status of our document at that time.  If we have ratified
the document by then, our officers will then start the IEEE "mandatory
editorial correction" and form the Sponsor Ballot Pool.
