[P-1788] Only 4 more days to express interest in the sponsor ballot

Members of the IEEE interval arithmetic standardization working group:

You have only four more days to express an interest in being
on the sponsor ballot.

To be on the sponsor ballot, you must express an interest, and
be a member of IEEE and the IEEE Standards Association.

If you are formally a member of this working group and are also
a member of the IEEE and the IEEE SA, you can express an interest
by logging onto MyProject, clicking on the "Balloting" tab, then
clicking on the highlighted "myBallot Home" link.

So far, 27 persons will be on the Sponsor Ballot; many of these
are from our working group, and a significant number are not.
Most of the latter are IEEE officials.
