Re: [IEEE 1788]: Post-ballot comment resolution

Vincent,

I don't follow. If you load the spreadsheet
into a Word-compatible client, column P contains the
original comments, column S contains the proposed
change, column T contains the proposed disposition
status, and column U contains the disposition detail.
You are welcome to change the cell formatting (column
widths, text wrap, etc.) in your copy to make the
columns more readable to you.

Note that column U is presently informal. The Sponsor
will make these responses more succinct and formal
when it is submitted to REVCOM.

I have attached the comment resolution spreadsheet, in which
tentative dispositions (column T) and responses (column U)
have been inserted. (The responses, mostly due to John,
will need to be formalized and made more succinct, but
they nonetheless give suggestions.) As editor, John had
questions about the following comment numbers (where the
comment numbers appear in column C and the the actual comments
appear in column P).

In the ballot comments, there was a "line" field. Is it normal that
this field is not present in the spreadsheet? The absence of this
field makes the comments a bit difficult to check.
