P1788: In collaboration with John Pryce, we have addressed all of the official comments resulting from the recirculation ballot. We agreed they were valid, and we accepted them all, making the changes exactly as proposed by the balloters making the comments. However, John claimed that Vincent's two comments concerning page 31, line 18 and page 31, line 8 were not due to substance, but were due to ambiguity in the way the editor expressed the conditions; we therefore reclassified them as "editorial" rather than "technical", and we judged an additional recirculation not to be needed. We thank the balloters for their diligence in finding these problems. The only thing I would like you to affirm is the disposition and the reclassification as "editorial." Since the recirculation ballot is closed, all other issues are considered to be formally resolved. If I receive no objections in two days, the Sponsor will prepare the materials, including the FINAL draft and spreadsheets with the comment resolutions, for submission for REVCOM approval at their June meeting.
