IEEE-1788 Standard for Interval Arithmetic complementary copies

a complementary electronic copy of the published standard for
their own use.  I have sent a message with instructions for
obtaining this copy through the IEEE MyProject system to
persons currently listed as voting members.  If you did not
receive that message but your name is on the attached credits page,
please contact me to obtain your download instructions.
