P1788.1/M001.01: voting period begins

as Motion M001.01 has been moved by Ned Nedialkov, seconded by Vladik Kreinovich (thanks to them both), discussed through Motion M002.01, we can now start to vote on Motion M001.01, until Monday December 21.

Before we start voting, I would like you to read carefully the scope and purpose of the IEEE P1788.1 working group. I just sent them.
