Motion P1788.1/M001.02 -- I vote YES

As Dima said so clearly:

Note that I *did* change the motion number in the subject line.

I do have an editorial comment however.  In Table 4.3 there is a caption:

   "Note inf can have value -oo; each of sub, wid, ... can have value +oo."

 In fact, as is clearly shown in the table itself, inf can have value +oo
 and sup can have value -oo also.  So it should say:  (I also added a colon)

   "Note: inf and sup can have value -oo; each of inf, sup, wid, rad
    and mag can have value +oo."
