PS: Just a small nitpick, which I feel can be considered an editorial
change, and thus outside the scope of motions. I would refrain from
stating that some function arguments are "forbidden" (page 3 line 6)
while the standard fully describes their behavior and thus allows them.
The sentence could be worded as follows "... returns the decorated
interval x_dx, unless in one of the following cases."
