Please let
your meeting participants know that they may ignore this
message. IEEE-SA has provided you with an enterprise account
to be used for hosting meetings. If the meeting is started
with your provided account, there is no need for participants
to have anything beyond a free join.me account.
The paid account is necessary for the host ONLY.
We have been
in contact with join.me and suggested they change
their messaging to prevent additional confusion in the future.
