    4. July 2025 session -
        a) Venue is Melia Castilla Madrid, Madrid, Spain. Registration is open.

        b) In-room Webex/video/audio training session planned for Sunday at 14:30 CEST (local).
            If you have had problems, please attend the training session.
            Will use the Scarlet box as in the past

        c) Review agenda graphic for updates
                Add TGbi - Tuesday PM2 
           
        d) Include registration slide in your agenda deck
            Stephen has sent to CAC reflector.

        e) Recent and on-going ballot status
            P802.11bk in publication editing          
            P802.11bf in publication editing
            P802.11REVmf: expect initial ballot on D1.0 soon
                P802.11be - should be published soon.

    5. Review NesCom/RevCom/SASB deadlines:
        September 8-10, NesCom/RevCom/SASB (31 July deadline)
            11bi PAR extension

            Note that 802.11/LMSC will have pre-approvals earlier in the week to cover the 11bt PAR & CSD.

    6. September 2025 session is in Hilton Waikoloa Village, Waikoloa, Hawaii, USA
        Registration is now open.
            Please contact Face-to-Face with any issues about rooms in the hotel. 

    7. WNG/new work and university outreach (Jim Lansford)
           2 meeting slots.
        7 presentations (at least 4 from universities)
        Designated experts list - complete
        Demo: Wi-Fi simulator - Tuesday 08:00 -09:00 local time. Univeristy of Ghent. 

    8. Slido issues in China (re: VPN)
            People in China are reporting that they cannot select Slido options during motions and straw polls. 

    9. Round table and AOB
            During the mid-week plenary:
