Dear all,

               I've uploaded a revision of submission 1516r1, which I hope can be considered on tomorrow's TGbc call:

Please note that several of these MIB definitions need some revision, as I'm just guessing at the definition text and default values. If you can help me update the definitions that would be great. Thanks.
