For part 5, I have an additional comment. I suggest we should define a DL Buffer Report element instead of defining DL Data Drain Info field. This element can be included within
the ST execution response frame and the BTM Request frame which requests the non-AP MLD to do the roaming execution.

When the DL Buffer Report element is included within the BTM Request frame which requests the non-AP MLD to do the roaming execution, the non-AP MLD can make decision
which TID data should be retrieved and which TID should be forwarded based on the DL Buffer Report element.

When the DL Buffer Report element is included within the ST execution response frame, it can help the non-AP MLD calculate the size of the remaining data which needs
to be retrieved and how long time needed during the DL data retrieval period. This info will help the non-AP MLD to make good decision whether to terminate the DL data retrieval.
As I mentioned during the today’s meeting, we should allow the non-AP MLD to request the DL data retrieval only for some TIDs and the data forwarding for the remaining TIDs.
