Hi Duncan,

Thank you for the revised PDT draft.

One change which is very confusing is changing the DL Data Transmission to "ST Transitory" and related changes in the PDT. There is no technical or any other reason to make this change and it is just adding confusion w/o any value. Please change it back to the old terms used in the earlier version of PDT.
