2. In the Latest UL SN field,
Why does the TID bitmap indicate the "next DL SN field"? I think it should be UL SN？
3. Does the per-STA profile in the link reconfiguration frame need to be adjusted for SMD?
For instance, does there need to be a specific link switching timing requirement when switching from a three-frequency link of current AP MLD to a three-frequency
link of target AP MLD?
