[STDS-802-11-TGBN] 回复: [STDS-802-11-TGBN] Seamless roaming PDT Part 5 r1 (signaling format details)

Hi Duncan

Thank you for your contribution. I have the following several questions

  1. Should an ST execution request/response include requirements related to data forwarding to assist the Current AP MLD in making better roaming decisions?

2.      In the Latest UL SN field, Why does the TID bitmap indicate the "next DL SN field"? I think it should be UL SN

         3.      Does the per-STA profile in the link reconfiguration frame need to be adjusted for SMD?

For instance, does there need to be a specific link switching timing requirement when switching from a three-frequency link of current AP MLD to a three-frequency link of target AP MLD?

Best regards 祝工作顺利!

Hi all,

I’ve updated the PDT Part 5 based on the comments I received during the MAC ad-hoc last week. The revision history in the doc gives a high level summary of the changes.

https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/25/11-25-1101-01-00bn-pdt-cr-mac-on-seamless-roaming-part-5.docx

Could you please let me know if you have any questions or comments?

Thanks,

Duncan
