Could you please defer the presentation of 25/0151(Fairness Problem in PEDCA) to the September F2F meeting? I would like to accommodate the latest modifications in P-EDCA for the submission.

To prepare for the upcoming teleconference calls, I’d like to request your assistance in reviewing the submissions queue to ensure we have a reliable list of the pending submissions. Please take a moment to check the technical submissions queue and let me know:
- If any requested submission is missing from the queue.
- If any submission currently in the queue should be removed.
As discussed during the July F2F meeting, we will use this teleconference series, the September MAC ad-hoc, and possibly the September F2F meeting to flush the submissions queue.
Your timely feedback, no later than August 17, 2025, is very much appreciated.
