Hello all,
We have a PHY/MAC conference call scheduled for Thursday, 23rd of October (10:00-12:00 ET). As of now there are no submissions in the queue. Please let me know if you have any submissions to be added to the agenda.
Please refer to the guidelines below:
Guidelines for scheduled PHY/MAC conf calls:
· Members are invited to send submission requests to be added to the PHY/MAC submissions queue.
· Requests may explicitly indicate if the requestor prefers to discuss his/her submission at a particular PHY/MAC conf call. If there is no such explicit indication then the submission will be added by default to the PHY/MAC submissions queue and will be scheduled for presentation in a subsequent PHY/MAC conference call during which there are at least 3 submissions available for discussion.
· A scheduled PHY/MAC conference call will be cancelled if the planned PHY/MAC agenda for that particular conference call does not have at least 3 queued presentations or at least one queued presentation with an explicit request no later than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting slot. The cancellation notice will be sent after the deadline has passed and no later than 24 hours before the meeting slot.
PS: We currently have an action item to clarify some procedural questions, which, if a conf call is cancelled due to the above, we will discuss them in a subsequent conf call.
