Thanks for the comments and for reviewing the draft.
The SCS agreement enables both the AP and the non-AP STA to agree on what LLI is. Since it is all through negotiation, it’s up to the agreement to decide what is LLI depending on the application. Some applications that use low latency traffic does not set the AC category correctly and it is a good practice to enable the LLI to be flexible in definition.

Thank you for sharing CRD for LLI.
Regarding 6436, definition of Low latency traffic become more clearer however I still feel weird
because LLI requested = 1  can be applied even if TID is 0 through 3 those are corresponding to AC_BK, AC_BE.
 
In general traffic belonging to AC_BK, AC_BE cannot be classified in low latency traffic because those are lower priority traffic.
