Hi Laurent, Thanks for resolving below CIDs. Could you please defer below CIDs?
CID 8044 8045 8047 CID 8044 unavailability reason define benefits for multiple cases,
CID 8045 - This controllable capability added in unavailability report, which is decided by unavailability reporter with simple indication. And it will make unavailability reporter perform internal activities (e.g. off channel measure channel utilization) but still could balance peer’s low
latency traffic. CID 8047
– This service priority helps to balance reporter’s unavailability activities and unavailability assisting queue’s low latency/EPCS traffic.
If this already motion fail, I’m OK keeping this CID in the document. BR, Kaikai

Hi Laurent, Thanks for handling this CRD. Could you please defer CID 9422? I understand that the current 37.19.2 DUO is only allowed for non-AP STA, not for the AP. How about relocate this CID to an extra subclause related to AP's unavailability
within MAPC scope under 37.19, for example, after the DUO? Regards, Jiayi Zhang, Ofinno From: Cariou, Laurent <laurent.cariou@xxxxxxxxx> Hi George, I won’t remove it from my document, and like any other CID, we’ll see if we defer for now during the discussion. Surprised to see this request and even this CID being submitted because it is going against the agreement that the group reached after long and thorough analysis and discussions.
What you are proposing is to change the agreement captured in the Specification Framework document since 2024, and that has been reconfirmed by following motions since then in the comment resolution phase, all with unanimous consent. For a standard to make progress, we need to move forward and not backwards and not re-discuss/re-open previous agreements, because that opens the door to revisiting everything. You
have rightfully expressed that point to the group many times already in the past and will probably do it again on many other topics. Would be good to be consistent on this. Thanks, Best regards, Laurent From: George Cherian <gcherian@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Thanks, Laurent, for resolving the comments on this section. Can you remove CID 11536 from 25/1930. I object to the resolution. I will upload a resolution for this CID Thanks George From: Cariou, Laurent <laurent.cariou@xxxxxxxxx>
