Here are some my comments here. (Also included in the doc.)

Comments 1:

Sentence:"A non-AP MLD performs initiates the SMD BSS transition preparation procedure to prepare a target AP MLD, the non-AP MLD shall send by transmitting an ST preparation request to its current AP MLD. An AP MLD shall indicate the maximum number of target AP MLDs that a non-AP MLD is allowed to have in prepared state at any given time via the Max Number Of Prepared Target AP MLDs field of the SMD Information element it transmits. "

Comment: This sentence seems a little bit strange.

In the latest draft, the Max Number Of Prepared Target AP MLDs is included in ST information element. The ST information element can be transmitted via Beacon, Probe, NR, or Association frames, but not via the ST preparation Response frame. Therefore, the non-AP MLD may already know the Max Number Of Prepared Target AP MLDs values when it associates with SMD-ME, rather than the current AP MLD providing this value to the non-AP MLD when it initiates ST preparation procedure.

Comment2:

Sentence: "Status Code field to 155 (REJECTED_ST_EXEC)"

Comment: Status Code 154(REJECTED_ST_PREP) is more appropriate.

The resolutions are pretty straightforward.
