I hope you all had a safe trip back!
During Jul plenary session, we have made great progress on tech contributions and some SPs. But there're still some pending contributions and SPs, together with some new submissions I received recently. We have annonced 4 TGbp teleconferences to proceed those pending/new submissions (ncluding tech contributions and PDTs) and SPs. I have uploaded an initial agenda plan for those 4 TCs included in 11-25/1429r0.

Some explanation of the arrangement of the TC agenda:
- Considering we have several pending SP sets, the TC on Aug 26 will be reserved specifically for those pending SP sets.
- Considering we have started PDT development and there're announced PDT submissions for presenting, at least one PDT is arranged in one TC except the TC reserved specifically for SPs.
- We will continue submissions (including PDT and tech contributions) in the first TC on Aug 19/Sep 2/Sep 9
- A complemental slot for SP is reserved in TC on Sep 9, if needed.
- Anyone attending the TGbp TC reserved for SP can participate in the SPs, and a 5-minute recap is allowed for each SP.
- A motion slot is reserved in the first TGbp meeting during Sep interim sesison to approve consensus built up during teleconferences.
