Hi Panpan,

According to the latest SFD 11-24/1613r11 and skeleton 11-25/614r6, I updated the PDT UL Modulation and Coding (11-25/1333r1). Let's see how our PDT presentation goes in the upcoming TGbp call and we can update the PDT in DL MCS accordingly. The PDT in DL MCS also needs to capture an additional motion #97.

Suggest that I present and SP DCN 1333 (PDT UL Modulation And Coding) first. Then, propagate text changes to DCN 1364 so that the two PDTs don't have conflict in text.

Note that the specification framework (25/1613r0) doesn’t divide DL and UL modulation and coding, so this document is revised based on PDT(25/1333r0) of “UL modulation and coding” from Alice (Qualcomm).
