[STDS-802-11] Result of IEEE 802.11 Working Group Letter Ballot 235 - IEEE P802.11ba D1.0 - did not pass

Dear 802.11 members,

The initial Working Group Letter Ballot on P802.11ba D1.0 has completed. The approval percentage was 71.95%. Thus the ballot did not pass (75% required). The voting rights changes resulting from this ballot will be applied after the upcoming November session.
