Since I worked at Symbol Technologies on the East Coast I did not work closely with Fred, but I did know him, and am sorry to hear of his passing.

Clint, thank for forwarding his obituary notice.

Fred was involved and molded my time at Symbol Technologies when I was there. He was a gentlemen that worked hard and played hard. Who’s vison for WLANs was phenomenal.
