[STDS-802-11] WG11 ballot on P802.11ba PAR extension - Passed

The WG11 ballot on the P802.11ba PAR extension motion has passed with 99.3% approval.  The results are below.

The PAR extension will be notified to the 802 EC for consideration in July.
