[STDS-802-11] TGbc -- all comments on D6.0 resolved -- 10-day recirc of D7.0 approved

Dear all:
TGbc has approved resolutions for all comments received from the 2nd SA recirculation ballot; and
TGbc has passed a motion to create D7.0 and start a 10-day recirculation ballot.

Our Editor Carol expects D7.0 to be available by Thursday so that we plan to ask our WG Chair to
start the 10-day recirculation by the end of this week.
