Hi Nikola, all I would like to nominate Volker Jungnickel (Fraunhofer HHI) for the Technical Editor position of IEEE 802.11br (ELC). Volker is active in IEEE 802 since 2015, as contributor to 802.15.7r1 (2015-2017),
as Chair of IEEE Std 802.15.13-2023 (2017-2013), as Technical Editor of IEEE Std 802.11bb-2023 (2019-2013) and as 802.11 Working Group secretary since 2024. Besides, Volker contributed to G.9960 in ITU-T Q3/15. He also helped with several contributions to

Hello All, On March 27, 2025, the IEEE SA Standards Board approved the P802.1br (Enhanced Light Communications) project. Congratulations to Nikola, Volker and all the ELC SG participants! I appoint Nikola Serafimovski as TGbr Chair pro tem. Nikola did an excellent job running the P802.11bb project and I expect he will do the same for this new project. I have updated our PARs web page:
