* Late: USD$ 1200.00, after August 28, 2026
Registration Discount* A USD$ 300.00 discount is available for those staying 3 nights or more at the Hilton Waikoloa in the IEEE 802 Wireless Room Block.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* Partial Refund: Cancellations received after July 24, 2026, and by August 28, 2026, will be charged a USD$150.00 Cancellation Fee.
* No Refund: Cancellations after August 28, 2026, will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
* Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 7 days prior to check-in.
* If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, the hotel will charge 1 night at the group rate (including taxes and fees) as a cancellation fee.
