For WG ballots, close is at 23:59 ET on the date indicated.

For LB295, you are in the ballot pool if you were a voting member when the initial ballot for REVmf started (2025-08-12).

For LB296 and LB297 (initial ballots), you are in the ballot pool if you are currently a voting member.

You can see if you are in the ballot pool by following the link to the instructions and then looking at the list of voters in the pool.

Also, a reminder regarding your voting status. According to our operations manual (7.1.4):

A Voter remains as such provided:
  • The Voter continues to properly attend 2 of 4 consecutive plenary sessions (a single interim session may be substituted for a plenary).
  • The Voter responds to 2 of the last 3 WG letter ballot series for which they are eligible, where a WG letter ballot series is the initial WG letter ballot plus its recirculation ballots.
  • NOTE – A voter’s status is evaluated at completion of a WG letter ballot series.
So...

If you are a voter and wish to remain one, you should participate in the ballots (unless it is a recirculation ballot and you submitted your vote in a previous ballot of the series).

Also note that if you wish to submit an abstain vote, the only acceptable option is "Abstain - Lack of technical expertise". Returning any other abstain is the same as not responding to the ballot. This is an 802 rule.

Regards,
-Robert
