Registration Fees:
* Early: USD$ 800.00, until November 6, 2026
* Standard: USD$ 1000.00 after November 6, 2026 until January 1, 2027
* Late: USD$ 1200.00, after January 1, 2027
Registration Discount* A USD$ 300.00 discount is available for those staying 3 nights or more at the Hyatt Regency Irvine in the IEEE 802 Room Block.

Registration Fee Includes
* Meeting Services: meeting spaces, meeting planner support,network access, and network support
* Food & Beverage: Monday–Thursday Light breakfast, morning beverages, lunch, afternoon beverages & snacks. Friday: Light breakfast for attendees participating in scheduled Friday sessions.
* Technical & Session Support: Audio-visual equipment, technical assistance, meeting supplies and tools.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* Full Refund: Cancellations received by November 6, 2026, will receive a full refund.
* Partial Refund: Cancellations received after November 6, 2026, and by January 1, 2027, will be charged a USD$150.00 Cancellation Fee.
* No Refund: Cancellations after January 1, 2027, will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
* Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 6:00 PM Pacific Time day of check-in.
* If canceled after 6:00 PM Pacific Time on the day of check-in, the hotel will charge 1 night at the group rate (including taxes and fees) as a cancellation fee.
