The Editorial team has finished work on 802.16m Draft 4, and Roger has placed the Draft here:

The Commentary database has been updated to reflect the changes in D4.  The new database can be found here:

IEEE 802.16-10/0001r3

I am currently working on a delta document to show changes, and I will release it as soon as possible.
