I would like to inform you that the discount registration ($500) will be closed in 1.5 days on August 19^th at 24:00 Pacific Time. If you haven’t yet registered please do this before this time (to save up $100). For that follow the link: http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/registration/  

Please remember that in order to enter Russia you need to apply for a visa. All the process is described here: http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/VisaInformation.html. This process takes time, so please apply for visa as soon as you can.  

Please also don’t forget to reserve a hotel room:  http://www.i-event.ru/ieee/hotel.html  before the 1^st September, otherwise the room in the meeting venue hotel is not guaranteed!
