Hi all, 802.19 Task Group 3 is interested in contributions regarding coexistence for 802.11 and 802.15 systems operating in sub-1GHz bands. The scope of the project is: Scope: This recommended
practice provides guidance on the implementation, configuration
and commissioning of system based on IEEE Contributions are welcomed on any related topic, but in particular in the July meetings we would like to focus on the following topics: Usage scenarios for 802.11 and 802.15.4 based sub-1GHz systems. The goal is to identify scenarios where overlapping networks are likely. A presentation from May may be helpful: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.19/dcn/19/19-19-0036-00-0003-use-case-discussion.pptx Regional regulatory
considerations, such as identifying regions where sub-1GHz
spectrum is available such that both 802.11 and 802.15 systems
can be operated.   Proposals for coexistence strategies. Partial proposals are welcomed. A proposed outline for the RP has been provided: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.19/dcn/19/19-19-0005-01-0003-suggested-outline.docx This is a starting
point and the TG will be discussing and revising at the July
meeting. Thanks in advance for the contributions and participation!
