[STDS-802-24] 802.24 TAG - March 2026 election announcement
802.24 Members,
Per the IEEE LMSC 802 Policies and Procedures Section 3.1, the IEEE
802.24 TAG will hold elections for the TAG chair and vice chair at the
March 2026 IEEE 802 plenary session in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Will
will follow the election procedure in the
802.24 Operations Manual 24-14-0007r2, and hold the election during
the meeting on Tuesday 10 March, 2026 PM2.
The current chair, Tim Godfrey, will not seek re-election.
Ben Rolfe has indicated he will run for Chair.
Ann Krieger has indicated she will run for Vice Chair.
Other candidates for either chair or vice chair are requested to notify
(to the reflector or to me) by March 8th.
a) Nominations are due by the end of Friday, 6 March 2026,
AoE.
b) Chair and Vice Chair candidates will be announced prior to the
opening meeting on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 PM2.
