Draft 1.3 of P802.3ds, both the clean and compare version,
has been posted in the
private area.

The timeline adopted by the Task Force assumes proceeding to
the Working Group ballot
after the IEEE 802.3 Nov 2026 Plenary Meeting. To make
this request to the WG,
a technically complete document was generated
following the Sep Interim meeting.
We would like to minimize the number of
changes requiring review at the Nov Plenary for
the WG approval to proceed.
Commenters are encouraged to consider the above while
reviewing and submitting comments.
There will be ample opportunity for further
refinement during the WG and SA ballot phases.
The scope of the review is substantive changes between the
IEEE P802.3ds D1.2 and
IEEE P802.3ds D1.3 specification.
Review Open: Fri, Oct 2, 2026
Review Close: Sat, Oct 17, 2026, AOE
