Based on the number of presentation requests received for the May 2022 Interim, I am announcing the following –
1. May 2022 Session
The meetings on May 24 and June 2 will now be from 9am to 1pm (ET).
2. New Task Force Meeting – 09 June 2022 – 10am to 1pm (ET)
The Optics ad hoc was scheduled to meet from 10am to 12pm ET on this date. However, it will now be a Task Force meeting where the agenda will be to hear optical presentations (originally requested for the May 2022 Session). There will be no new requests for presentation time accepted for this meeting.
Please look for updated meeting invites for the respective meetings.
Also, please note that even with the expanded hours and additional meeting, we will still have a challenging agenda, and I will be watching the time carefully. Time has been planned in the schedule for discussion / strawpolls / motions.
